Dr. Anoke's primary focus at Twitter is quantitative measurement of platform health. She has a PhD in Biostatistics with a methodological focus in Bayesian approaches to causal inference. She has developed a culturally-specific training-of-trainers program for biostatistical capacity building in sub-Saharan Africa, and has co-taught short courses in Ibadan, Nigeria; Kigali, Rwanda; Pietermaritzburg, South Africa; Gaborone, Botswana; and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She has also taught and mentored at the undergraduate level for over five years.
