SISMID will be held in person July 15-31, 2024, at Emory University
- The Summer Institute in Statistics and Modeling in Infectious Diseases (SISMID) is designed to introduce infectious disease researchers to modern methods of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling. SISMID was founded in 2009 by Dr. M. Elizabeth Halloran and will move to Atlanta in 2024 under the direction of Dr. Natalie Dean and Dr. Ben Lopman.
- Graduate students and postdocs at U.S. and inernational institutions are eligible to apply for SISMID registration scholarships.
